When our team first heard of this opportunity and we approached Judy to nominate her, she looked at us and asked, “who me”?

She was surprised that we thought she was worthy of such an honor. And we laughed and said, “yes, you Judy”?

Judy has been forging new paths as a woman in business and for women in business for the past 30 years. She has been paving the way for women to obtain leadership positions in business and she has have been steering KHJ’s ship on a continued growth trajectory, seeking the best talent and evolving the company as technology continues to completely transform the business of marketing and communications.

She has guided organizations from cloudiness to crystal clarity, from who they are to who they’re ‘being’ in the world. She has brought transformative visions to life, for countless companies. And today, she is helping businesses bring their inside out, digging in to find the soul of organizations so that employees can bring fulfilling meaning to themselves and the companies they serve.

Judy has mentored hundreds of young people and helped shape important leaders of other top companies today.

She has remained steadfast in her passion and commitment as a board member for St. Jude’s Research Hospital, making it a top priority to help bring the life-saving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to the world’s attention.

And she has remained true to herself. From the moment KHJ opened its doors, she has been a ‘boots on the ground’ relentless doer. Rising well before the rest of us and hardly ever ending a day without thinking of how to make KHJ better. She is the ‘real deal’, always fighting for what she thinks is right and making sure that everyone works to the highest standard.

We are proud of our leader, Judy Habib, and all she does to ensure that every business KHJ touches is able to see and realize what’s possible.

Yes, Judy, you. Congratulations on this honor, from all of us here at KHJ. It is more than well deserved.
