It was a collection of buildings in Kendall Square, surrounded by a sea of sterile office parks. Our job was to transform these properties into one singular destination. Our new name, Canal District, speaks to the area’s history as a canal network connecting Cambridge to the world. The brand is fun, welcoming and inclusive. It promises to take you somewhere exciting and different while opening the doors to everyone.
