The St. Regis Chicago entered the market as one of the city’s tallest residential addresses and became an instant icon on the famed Chicago skyline. Focusing on its soaring height and central location, we developed a strategic positioning “in the middle of it all, but above it all”. Our campaign, Experience Transcendent, doesn’t mention specific amenities that are table stakes at this price point. We stay above it all by focusing on the feeling of elevated living.

Executing the campaign
Given the economic status of our audience, physical pieces such as sales kits and stationery had to be sourced from the highest quality materials. Attention to detail is a hallmark of St. Regis service, as it had to be for our campaign across all touchpoints.
