Our mid-size organization allows room for growth and development of all team members. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside senior management and lead client relationships.
We are bolstering our team with a digitally savvy Associate Director or Director in our client services department. The ideal candidates must have at least 6 years of experience working at an advertising/branding agency and managing clients and projects. You must love account and project management! You’ll be the team’s quarterback, choreographing many variables and charting the course that will successfully execute your clients’ goals.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience within an agency. Experience with project management tools and platforms such as Workamajig Platinum is a plus as is healthcare and/or real estate experience.

Core Job Responsibilities:
• Key day-to-day client contact/relationship lead
• Participate in KHJ’s new business process, including proposal development,
preparation of the presentation and participation as a member of the KHJ ‘pitch team’
• Participate in brand research and development assignments
• Lead communications planning, messaging and creative briefs
• Prepare and proactively manage timelines and status reports
• Prepare and drive client budgets and agency forecasts
• Closely oversee and manage the initiation and successful execution of projects
across all departments, including prioritization of resources, work and deliverables
• Review and approve all materials prepared for clients prior to release, leveraging your critical eye
and experience to maintain KHJ’s quality standard and strive to exceed client expectations
• Administrate annual and quarterly business reviews for all assigned accounts
• Mentor more junior team members
